Have you ever felt like no one really understands what you're going through?
Being a teenager can feel overwhelming. Between school, family, friendships, and trying to figure out who you are, it's easy to feel misunderstood or like you're carrying everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel accepted, and know that you don't have to have it all figured out. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop tools to navigate life's challenges, and help you feel more confident in who you are and what's possible for your future.

About Michelle
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here. I am an associate therapist specializing in working with youth and their support systems. I support young people experiencing anxiety and depression, school issues, conflict inside families or with peers and big life transitions. I like working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, those with multicultural backgrounds and people who have symptoms of ADHD/Autism.
The foundation of my practice is the idea that a safe, honest relationship can change everything. From there, I help teenagers build useful skills, harness their strengths, and reshape their experience of themselves and what is possible.
If you are or know a teenager who is experiencing challenges, please call, text or email.
