

FEES & INSURANCE
We believe accessing therapy should feel clear and approachable. Below is an overview of our session fees, payment options, and insurance information. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help.

Individual, Family, and Couples Therapy
Fees are set according to market rates and range from $120-$200 per 50 minute session depending on the experience and training of the therapist.
Group Therapy
Group therapy rates are set according to the length of each group as follows:
• $50 per session for 60 minute groups
• $65 per session for 75 minutes groups
• $80 per session for 90 minute groups
Reduced fees are generally available for groups.
Medi-Cal is accepted for adolescent groups only.
Payments

Once a card is securely stored in our system, sessions can be billed automatically for convenience.
Checks should be made payable to EMERGE and may take several days to process.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
We are a subcontractor for EAP programs through:

Davis Joint Unified School District

Yolo County Office of Education
Eligible employees and family members may qualify for:

Up to 10 sessions at no cost

Additional sessions with a $35 co-pay

Insurance
At the present time, we do not accept any insurance directly. If you would like a statement to send to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, please let your therapist know. You are responsible for checking your insurance to see if it covers your therapist and therapy. Please be aware that associate therapists are often not covered by insurance.
