Are you questioning who you are, how you feel, or where you belong?

It can be hard to make sense of your feelings or trust where you fit, especially when parts of who you are haven’t always been fully seen or supported. Many people I work with carry confusion, pressure, or self-doubt shaped by experiences that left little room for authenticity. In our work together, you don’t need to have everything figured out or explain yourself. We move at a pace that feels right for you, paying attention to both your emotions and what’s happening in your body. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself, more confident in your choices, and more at home in who you are.
